Mr. Jing has been admitted to practice law in China since 2009. He specializes in Commercial Law, Intellectual Property (IP) Law, Anti-unfair Competition Law, Foreign Investment related Law, and Labor Law.

Mr. Jing is experienced in representing multinational companies in complex business and IP related litigations and arbitrations. He provides advises to clients in determining their litigation/arbitration objectives, preparing coordinating and implementing litigation plans and strategies. In addition, Mr. Jing has plenty of experience in advising international and domestic clients on compliance issues, including but not limited to foreign investment and labor related issues.

Mr. Jing also provides advices to international clients on IP related issues and has accumulated rich experience in this filed. He represents clients in civil proceedings, administrative litigations as well as criminal proceedings in IP related matters. Meanwhile, Mr. Jing also represents foreign and domestic clients in family and civil litigations.

Mr. Jing graduated from China University of Political Science and Law with a LL.B in 2009.
