Practice Description

Ms. Liu joined ZY Partners in 2017. She used to work in Beijing First Intermediate People's Court and Beijing Intellectual Property Court, and has eight years of trial experience. During working in the court, she heared more than 200 intellectual property cases, including the Chinese court annual case in 2016. She has a rather strong legal foundation and has participated in many research projects. As a writer, she draft “The Reform Plan of Administrative Adjudication Style” and “The Design Patent Investigation Report on Automobile and Motorcycle” which were nearly 100 thousand words. She has published more than 30 articles in various journals and magazines, such as “Chinese Trademark”, “China Intellectual Property News”, “Science and Technology and Law”, and “Zhichanli”.

With rich trial experience, she has a broad mind in dealing with trademarks, patents, copyrights and unfair competition cases. She is skilled in providing theoretical support for all kinds of complicated cases.

At present, she provides litigation strategy analysis and legal theory support for various trademark, patent, copyright and unfair competition cases.
