Ms. Jiao Yuxin joined ZY Partners in 2008. She graduated from Capital Normal University with a B.Sc in Biotechnology in 2004. She later received her Master degree from Capital Normal University in Biochemistry and Molecular Biology in 2008.

Ms. Jiao has strong technical background in biotech and pharmaceutical fields. Through 9-year working experience in ZY Partners, she obtained sound experience in handling complex IP litigations and technology-related matters in China. She participated in high-stakes IP litigations in China involving the protection of patents and trademarks on behalf of multinational and domestic clients.

Based on her technical background, Ms. Jiao is skilled in the pharmaceutical litigations related to a diversity of patent types including compound, polymorph, preparation processes, combinations, drug administration methods and second indications.

Ms. Jiao’s recent practices include successfully obtaining a preliminary injunction and an in-suit injunction in patent infringement litigations on behalf of a multinational pharmaceutical company.

Ms. Jiao was qualified as patent attorney in 2012.
