Practice Description:

Ren Siqi joined ZY Partners in 2020. She practices law in China and focuses on protecting and enforcing clients’ rights in the fields of trademark, copyright, and unfair competition. She represents the clients in numerous refusal appeals, oppositions, invalidations, and non-use cancellations and the related trademark administrative litigations before the CNIPA and the courts. She also handles IP enforcement actions to protect clients’ trademark rights and against unfair competition through administrative and judicial proceedings. 

Her recent representative experience includes:

Represented a pharmaceutical brand and successfully defeated series bad faith filings through invalidation proceedings before the CNIPA;

Represented a cosmetic brand and successfully defended non-use cancellation challenges before the CNIPA and the court.

China University of Political Science & Law - North China University of Technology (Double training program, Intellectual property), Bachelor of Law (2019)

Ms. Ren has been admitted to practice law in China.
