Ms. Wang has joined ZY Partners in 2006 after she received her law degree (LL.M) in intellectual property from Peking University.  

Ms. Wang has been an attorney in IP legal profession for over10 years. She has rich practicing experience, solid legal theory foundation, sophisticated litigation skills and good reputation in handling complex IP litigations and technology-related matters, including IP ownership disputes, trademark opposition and invalidation proceedings, software copyright infringements, domain name disputes and anti-unfair competitions. She has proved her litigating abilities and professional skills in nation-wide, particularly before the Beijing No.1 Intermediate People’s Court, the Beijing Intellectual Property Court, the Beijing Higher People’s Court and the Supreme People’s Court.

Ms. Wang has helped many clients successfully in obtaining well-known mark recognitions for their brands at the TMO/TRAB and courts, and quite a few litigation cases handled by Ms. Wang are selected as the SPC’s guiding cases and typical cases.

Ms. Wang was admittedas an attorney at law in 2007 and as a patent attorney in 2015.
