Ms. Wang is an experienced IP lawyer. She specializes in trademark litigation and trademark portfolios services for multinational clients, including trademark watch service, application, opposition and cancellation.  In the past few years, Ms. Wang has represented clients in numerous judicial reviews of Trademark Review and Adjudication Board’s decisions on trademark validity before the Beijing IP Court, the Beijing No.1 Intermediate People’s Court, the Beijing Higher People’s Court and the Supreme People’s Court.

Ms. Wang also handles IP enforcement actions to protect clients’ trademark rights, copyrights and against unfair competition activities through AIC and court proceedings. She has expertise in advising IP enforcement strategy for clients and is familiar with court procedures.  She is good at collaborating with professional investigation firms in different locations of China to collect evidence.

Ms. Wang has helped quite a few clients successfully obtaining well-known mark recognitions for their brands at the TMO/TRAB and courts.

Ms. Wang graduated from China University of Political Science and Law with a B.L. Degree in 2003. She joined ZY Partners in 2009.

Ms. Wang has been admitted to practice law in China since 2010.
