Practice Description

Ms. Zhang joined ZY Partners in 2011. She has provided services for clients in all areas of trademark practices, including registration, trademark clearance, transfer, change, license, refusal appeal, opposition, non-use cancellation and invalidation actions, as well as litigation trademark administrative litigation in courts and arbitration. She has participated in many trademark administrative litigations and successfully protected international clients' interests. 

She also advises on protection of the Customs for the record of the intellectual property and copyright registrations.

Ms. Zhang graduated from Heilongjiang University with Bachelor Degree in 2010.
